No, importing into data fields will not create clickable links. I have not tested such a scenario but I do easily envios that would completely break the field as it expects a valid data format.

If you need more link fields to import into, you could add custom link types. You would do it just like custom email types. But, instead of cn_email_options for the filter name, you would use cn_link_options.
