This might work… navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and disable the Name permalink link option under the Advanced tab.

Now, on your directory page add link=true to the existing shortcode.

This should work assuming you are using Tile Plus template on the directory page and the Default Entry Card on the individual pages.
