The first issue I see is that it seems you inadvertently displayed the Google Maps API in the Advanced settings. You need to re-enable this option.

After you have enabled this, the maps should work as long as you have properly setup the Google Maps API keys. Be sure to follow the Get the Google Maps API Keys tutorial if you have not done so.

ps. Google has recently change the step in creating API keys. Instead of create a browser and server API key, just create two keys. Edit one key to have a referrer restriction. Use the referrer as outlined in the tutorial. The key with no restrictions, set of the server key. The key with the referrer key, set as the browser key.
