Looks like they have altered the template code a bit to swap the image from the left to the right side. To accomplish the same you will have to alter the the code of the template.

You’ll want to alter the card.php file found in this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections-cmap/

When you have the file open, you see the code for the images and the code for the contact details. Copy/paste the code from the left side div to the right side div and do the same for the code on the other side.

Read this tutorial on custom template override files on where to save this altered file so it is used instead of the original template file.

As for the image, the other site is using the SiteShot extension.
