I changed it back to the Card Template because the customer had photos with scenery. The Circled Template would not work well with these types of photos. Otherwise a great Template. If we decide to use it again, then I’ll open another ticket about the 2 columns. For now, please close this one. Thank you
On another note, is there a way to get an email when a ticket is updated with a reply? Thank you
