Specifically which item are you having trouble with?

I see you have cMap activated on http://petbox.ca/ and many items in the Extension Pro Pack activated on http://petbox.ca/wp/. I suspect these are the “same” site just the configuration was changed so now that the home URL was changed by adding or removing the trailing wp on the WordPress General Settings admin page.

What you need to do is deactivate the license(s) on the home URL which now longer exists. You can do this by following the instructions in this FAQ. The instructions you need to follow is the “License Activated on Another Site” section. Alternatively, you can let me know which items and which is the valid home URL and I can bulk deactivate for you.
