re: SEO Friendly url:

The URL is made from the entry name. The endpoints can be configured on the Connections : Settings page under the advanced tab.

re: Title and Metas:

The meta title and page title are set up from the entry name.

re: Sitemap

The only page that needs to be in the sitemap is the base directory page. Google will quite happily index the directory content from there.
