Looks like the theme, my best guess, adds buttons to the WP Editor but did not make it compatible with use on the site’s frontend. They should actually limit their buttons to the admin in this case so it does not break other plugins which use the WP Editor. Best I can do is recommend is to determine if those buttons are indeed being added by the theme and then ask the support team of the theme to make sure their buttons are only added in the admin.
