Seeing as you have the admin blocked to subscribers, yes, you’ll need the Form extension so they can edit their entries on the site’s frontend.

Visit, the Link doc for configuration. You’ll want to enable the “View My Directory Entry” and “Edit My Directory Entry” list actions as explained in the instructions. With Form installed, those links will resolve to the frontend form instead of the admin.
