You should only use a single caching solution. Having more than one running could cause slower loading pages and other oddities.

You could exclude the directory page from the cache.

Would be a pain, but you could flush the page cache after entry updates.

Or, you could schedule the cache to flush automatically on a defined time period.

I did take a quick look at the doc for Wordfence Falcon Cache. I added an action which in theory would trigger the cache to be flushed when an entry is updated. I’ll include this in the next update being released today. You can let me know if it works for you or not.
