Lisa MurrayUgh! I just switched back to the default template after looking at the Tile Plus Template display and realizing the problem with the bacground and alignment. I removed the CSS that you suggested I add to the theme so that it wouldn’t still have an effect once I removed Tile Plus and now the default template is all messed up.
The background of the page is black. The listings appear with a transparent/white background, but the alignment and spacing of all the content is completely messed up for every entry.
I would really like to just get a refund for whatever I have paid and move on.
I very much appreciate the response and support I have received, but there are just too many issues for me to continue to work with this plugin. May I please have a refund for the items I have purchased.
