re: 1st Issue: Default template – Browser conflict problem.
In Chrome, first image this is what I see. No contact info, address, phone, email and such. In IE11, Edge, Firefox, second image, I can not see the site at all. But i suspect that I would see the same thing as Chrome

I agree… I do not believe there is any browser conflict issue. I believe the issue is being logged in on one browser vs. not being logged in the others which is if the case then the issue has to be a permissions issue.
I believe we have covered the basic one why it would not display and can not think of another reason. I would like to continue to debug and in order to do so, I’ll nee a temp admin account so I can take a closer look. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

This was my response to the display issue with Tile Plus. That was without a doubt a minor CSS conflict with the theme which the CSS I gave should fix.
