Sorry, I just realized I missed an issue…

re: There is a message that the Connections Import has an update available. I just installed this from the purchase I made on 7/9/16 and am unable to complete an update. After attempting to do so, I receive the message “Update package not available.”

This is a WP error message. I’m really not sure why that one would get displayed. The zip file is definitely available. I just double checked and others have been downloading it.

Best guess as to why you cannot update is that it appears the support license key was not yet activated on the site per the install directions.

If you have not yet activated the support license key, please do and then try updating again. If you still get the same error and/or you are unable to activate it might be that your site for some reason is not able to connect to mine. I’ve personally never run into this issue but I have heard of others who use the same licensing software running into it. Let me know how it goes.
