Great to hear! And, yes, absolutely, I highly recommend keeping FULLTEXT enabled. This basically allows the db to perform more relevant searches.

Now we know the issue… if you set up you local MAMP config for MySQL so it too support FULLTEXT you should not have issues in the future. The other option would be to disable FULLTEXT make your package and then enable it. I recommend for former over the letter.
