I was not able to get access to the server log, and our host wasn’t able to replicate the issue. They did make some change on the server side, asked me to clear my cache and restart my system, but that didn’t fix it for me (or a remote co-worker).
I’ve just deactivated, deleted, and reinstalled and am still having the same issue. If you think of anything else, please let me know. I’m waiting to hear back from the host to see what they find.
