See this QuickTip. YOu can use this method to change the label for the Title field.

The only way to insert text here would be to edit the dore PHP files of Connections. Also, be aware that you would have to make the same change after each Connections update. I can point you to file file and location if you are comfortable making PHP edits. Let me know.
