There are usually two reason I see this. The first the database does not have the correct structure which cause WordPress to report an error when adding/editing an entry. Second, is the files for Connections are corrupt, such as old versions mixed with new versions.

That said, my first suggestion, deactivate Connections and delete it and reinstall it. Your existing data is safe and will not be lost.

If you still receive the error then I’ll need to take a look. You can post a temp admin log in as a private reply here if needed.
