Probably the forums but getting a response other than me is likely very low. I have looked into creating a PDF tool for Connections but really have not pursued it because of low demand and more importantly the tools available to me as a dev to create PDFs are not very likely to work well enough or not at all on shared hosts where server resources are very very slim. This would cause a lot of headache for me providing support for users trying to use it on shared hosts.
