The card view is configured separately from the single entry profile/detail view. When in the Template Customizer for cMap, click and entry name. Any entry name so the preview refreshes to display the single entry detail/profile view. Now change your image settings. After clicking Save and Publish the photo will be used in both the card and single entry view.

For the image to display in the bio content tray, the entry must also have text entered into the field otherwise the content tray will not be displayed.

Sorry, no. The image displayed will be the image selected in the Template Customizer regardless of the entry type.
