Go to the Connections : Templates admin pager, click the Customize button for the Default Entry Card. The page will reload with a preview on the right and the Customizer only the left. In that list of items being displayed, uncheck the categories option and then click the Save and Public button. Also, since the changes are configured separately for both the list view and profile view you will need to click the name of the first entry in the list in the preview. The preview will reload displaying only that entry’s profile page. In the list of items that are being displayed in the Customizer, uncheck the categories option and click the Save and Publish button. You can now exit the Customizer.
