Marina FlournoyTurns out this is not a Connections problem. I restored several site backups trying, unsuccessfully, to get to one that had the missing icons and entry capability. When I restored one I was absolutely certain should contain them, and found it didn’t, I realized I had to broaden my scope on this. So I looked at what had changed in my environment recently: An upgrade to Windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox. Turns out the browser was the problem. There’s no problem with IE, Safari, Chrome, Opera and, apparently, the version of Firefox I was using previously. The problem exists with Firefox 41, 43, 44. I don’t remember what version I was using last that did work, and didn’t install/test any earlier than 41. I’m a Firefox fan, but I have no idea how/where to report this. Maybe you can take that on. In the meantime, I don’t trust, and have uninstalled, Firefox.
