The entry name, be it the org name or the first/last name is set as the display name according to the vCard spec. Unfortunately the vCard spec does not accommodate contact names. So this is not really a bug with Connections vCard export.

The vCard output includes both the photo and logo as the vCard spec support both. That said applications reading the vCard do not always properly support both. So if you only see the photo and not the logo, then the reason is because the app the vCard is being imported into does not support the logo image. Sorry, but there is nothing I can do about that. Which app are you using?
