It was a licensing issue. As soon as I updated the licenses all the issues went away.

I didn’t realise the licenses had expired, as there was no notification. Just the message “An error occurred while updating Connections CSV Import: Update package not available.”

And I didn’t hit the license tab as I had no idea the issue would lie there.

Ah well, thanks for looking and solving my problem.
