@Steven, I installed the code snippet plugin and added the new snippet as suggested in your FAQ. No luck. It occurred to me though that maybe the issue is that both Connections and cMap are enabled globally through Multisite. I thought that I would disable both plugins at the global level and then re-enable them locally on the parent website to see if this solves the issue. Do you know if I disable the plugin, will I loose my data?
