Hi Steven great plugin.
I have changed Work Phone to Phone and Work Address to Address etc. using say what? plugin.
I have tried to change Notes to Reviews using the same method but this only changes the back end not the page. I still get Notes and Show notes on the listing.
If I use this shortcode you mentioned, where would I have to place this shortcode?

I am using the Divi theme with Cmap. Your help would be much appreciated
