You could do this. Enable the Postal Code and Locality permalink options on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab. Now those sections in all addresses will becomes links and when clicked the list will filter by the region clicked. At this time there is no auto created list of links, but you could copy/paste these links into a custom link nav menu item and place them in you sites nav.
