Thanks for the reply. My problem is the sub-categories are still showing on the drop-down. I want 1 page but allow the user to select either of 2 parent categories (Family or Individual and not see the sub-categories.

Also, I notice you didn’t include the ‘ apostrophe in your shortcode. Does it work with and without?
