Apologies for the trouble. I am aware of the issue with the " being slashed. I have this bug fixed. The release is slated for Friday. If you can provide a template admin login I can login and apply a “hot patch” which will resolve this.

As for the images on the Manage admin page… are you receiving any error messages? What version did you upgrade from? Do the images appear on the frontend of the site?
