The bio field has no practical text limit… so yes.

This could be dome with the List widget in the Widget Pack. However, no on page load. the list is random per visit and they would see the same random list for up to an hour before the list is re-randomized. (Note: the random feature of the widget has not yet been released. It is complete and will be released in about a week.
