No longer getting that 500 error but it is giving a “403 – Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.” Plus Connections does NOT show up on the left hand menu. Selecting “Settings” from the Plug-in page OR selecting “Start” from the “NOTICE: Connections database requires updating” message gives that 403 error. ALL the sites on the server use the same PHP.INI so that is not the issue and the .htaccess files are identical too. Have set permissions as 777 and that has not made a difference either Be happy to give you Admin and FTP login access to take a look
