I know I answered this when you posted the same question here but I can not find it, weird, because this is the seecond reply from that bvery same day that is missing… my reply was:

If you look at the Form Settings screenshot for the Form extension, you’ll see that you can configure the default entry type and whether or not the user can select the type. So you would change the default entry type to Organization and uncheck the option to allow the user to change the entry type.

This would not remove the Department field, but use CSS to hide it. So I do not confuse you, this will only effect the frontend Form extension, not the admin form. Since you’re interested in the Extension Pro Pack, I’m assuming you plan on using the Form extension.
