Yes, when I search for it too before replying last time, I could not find it under the email you’re using. That’s not too uncommon since people have multiple email addresses. Wit that said, did you perhaps purchase it under a different email address? Can you find a copy of the sales confirmation email? It’ll have the transaction ID. If you purchased it with PayPal, you can check your PayPal history, it’ll have the transaction ID.
