There was a recent update to Slim Plus, can you plus update it to version 2.0.1. It primarily contains CSS tweaks.
Also, you seem to have two completely blank entries, not sure if you want them there on purpose or not, but you probably should delete those.
After you update the template, let me know if that fixes the issue or not.
