Steve, that is a wonderful tip and very simple to follow. But, on a related note, is there a way to simply switch the default entry type for, say, Phone and Email, so that Work Phone and Work Email (and Work Address, etc.) are the defaults when you add a new entry? My real problem is that I will be having 2 or 3 people adding entries and you can bet that they will use the default every time, rather than flipping to Work rather than Home.
