Frankly, none of the above works. Say What doesn’t work and your example looks nothing like the current plugin, there is an extra field to populate the you don’t discuss. Also, using the strings like str_work_email= and leaving it blank so that no label appears, that doesn’t work either.

It would be so much easier if you had a 5th choice for all these labels – NONE! I’m really finding that this plugin is not as easy as you have described it to be. Very frustrated.
