To move the data you need to use a tool such as phpMyAdmin to move the connections tables from the source database to the destination database. The you need to move the images. There two folders you need to move, here are the relative paths:

  • ../wp-content/connections_image/
  • ../wp-content/uploads/connections-images/

The first is a legacy folder and you do not need to worry about it at all if it is empty.

With that said … it is probably far easier to simply use a plugin like Duplicator or backupBuddy.
