Yes this is possible … I didn’t know for sure but I just tested it. Follow the instructions in this QuickTip.

Original string = Your submission has been posted.
Text domain = connections_form
New string = Your submission has been posted. Return to the main directory page <a href="http://domain.com/directory/">here</a>.

Of course change http://domain.com/directory/ to the currect URL.
