The setup that Temp is using can be done with cMap or Market. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.
2. Activate the Names template.
3. Click the Individual template type link, top, left.
4. Activate the Market template (or cMap).
5. Do the same for the Organization template type.
6. Now, go to the Connections : Settings admin page.
7. Enable the Single Entry Template option under the Display tab.

That’ll do it, but you’ll need to update your version of Market which should be available to you from your purchase history page.
