When I visit the page, I see this:

This tells me that the the option to require login is active on the Connection : Settings admin page.

If you can give me a temp admin login, I’ll log in and take a look.

Those widget error message do not seem to be related to Connections at all. Can you please try, temporarily, deactivating all other plugin and switch to the TwentyTwelve theme?
