Neither have shortcode options, well technically Form does, but there are only there to support users upgrading from version 1.x to 2.x. They’re now deprecated, so I pulled down the doc pages for them.

After revisiting the installation instructions for Form, I did seem to neglect mentioning about the Form settings tab that can be found on the Connections : Settings admin page. Form can be further configured on that page. All the legacy shortcode options, plus, can be configured on that page.

I’ll update the installation instructions to mention that page … very sorry for the trouble!
