Nope, not using any page caching plugins.

In the past when I’ve had to deal with this issue I’ve gone and modified po.files which worked. I’ve tried all options through the Say What plugin. Deleted it and reinstalled. Maybe I should be speaking to Say What support as I don’t want to tie you down too much with my issue with their plugin.
