No, see this FAQ. This feature is already built into the template. By adding the Show category and adding it to an entry, that entry will display open by default, rather than closed.
re: And instead of changing card.php, can’t I just upload a 1×1 pixel *.jpg as image along with the logo to the entries with logos?
I don’t understand, do you or do you not want to show the logo?
