It is in the pipeline with no ETA yet. What I do know is that I decided to include this feature in the free core Connections plugins as a tool.

There is this. It is not a plugin and has a complicated setup, but it can export Connections data in multiple formats. It was developed by a third party and is actually the base code from which the export will be derived from when I merge it into Connections.
