Ok.

I added:

div#cn-metabox-section-department {
display: none !important;
}

To the end of both files, but it didn’t seem to remove the department section.

I also logged out and relogged in and cleared cache.

Is there a way to change the default entry to organization vs individual? Send me a link to the answer if it has already been answered as I might have missed it.
