This is a new error… we’ll have to start with the basics.
First, take a look at your PHP error log to see if any errors are being recorded. Make sure you visit the Connections : Templates admin page first and note the date/time. The log can be quite long and that will locate any related messages. (Note, the log time might not be in the same time zone, keep that in mind. If you do not know where the error log is, you’ll have to ask your web host because that can differ between hosts.
Can you disable all other plugins to see if the error persists? If you disable all plugins and it is fixed, then there would somehow be a conflict with another plugin.
It could possibly be that the memory assigned to PHP is being exhausted. See this excellent post on how to increase the memory. It outlines several ways to do it. Which will will work will depend on your web host. I recommend starting at the top and working your way down.
If the issue persists after disabling all other plugins, then I’ll need a tem,p admin account so I can take a look.
