To get it back to 4-across, you need to tweak the width a bit. I see you have it set to 208px, changing it to 206px should do the trick.

Perhaps you altered the CSS to hide the dept before? If you add show_org="false" to the shortcode, that will hide the department field.

It looks like the email addresses display better now, though it does look like you need to tweak the height a bit as some are getting cut off on the bottom.
