On the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab there is a setting that disables the Google Maps API that Connections enqueues. Try toggling that function. It’ll work as long as the other plugin loads the API before Connections needs it. If it loads after, it will not solve the problem. Any way, give it a go and let me know.
