In order to offer additional advice, I’;d need to see the page with the template and the Broadstreet plugin deactivated. My guess it was something else causing Broadstreet to fail.

I see that the Simple Google Analytics plugin, for some reason is loading a jQuery Migrate a second time and not the version bundled with WordPress, which is wrong and could cause problems.
