Sorry, but there is not a way “upgrade”. That is an old custom version of the cMap template that is built using the iFrame embed rather than using the Google Maps API V3 which is what cMap currently uses and is what should be used when infacing with Google Maps. Both implementations are using the new Google Maps. The difference is that the embed code seems to add a few extra controls that did not exist before.
