Make sure the *_connection* tables are moved. Depending on your method of migration, these tables will included with the rest of the WordPress database tables.

You will also have to copy the following folder from the old site to the new site:
../wp-content/connection_images/

After everything is moved, you might have to visit the Connections : Templates admin page to ensure the template path caches are current.
